Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular weekly customers are charged $2.10 per pound and “as needed” customers are charged $2.30 per pound. Large bedding items are billed on a “per item” basis. Click here for a full price list.

We bill your credit card directly. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed. You can also receive invoice totals by text.

No. Pickup and delivery are included as part of Spin Sudz’s world class laundry pickup and delivery service.

There is a minimum charge of $35.00.

You can set up your account so that you receive email and/or text reminders to make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out we do reserve the right to charge a $10.00 missed pickup fee to cover costs.

None whatsoever. And you can cancel or suspend your account at any time.

We’re happy to air dry your clothes if you prefer but please be aware that because our turn-around time is so quick, they may be returned to you damp.

We’re happy to separate your clothes by person but doing so will incur a $3.50 fee per person. If you would like your clothes separated by person, please make a note in your laundry preferences.

As often as you like! Some of our customers tweak their profile prior to every pickup because they have special washing or folding instructions for us. Our laundry professionals always review your special laundry and folding instructions prior to beginning your laundry. To update your special instructions at any time just log into your account.

No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer.

If you send us only laundry you can expect it to be returned less than 24 hours after we pick it up. If you send us dry cleaning as well then your laundry and dry cleaning will be returned within 3 days after we pick it up.

Dry cleaning requires a 3 day turnaround.

Sure. You have the option of setting up text and/or email reminders. There are also lots of other notifications you can receive if you prefer. You can manage all of your notification settings by logging into your account.
